1. Features of machine tool structure
1. The bed is an overall 45-degree cabinet-type box structure, using high-strength rectangular guide rails (hard rails), HT300 high-standard castings, cast by Japanese companies. 3. The spindle adopts the form of an independent spindle with high precision and high speed. The transmission method adopts AC servo motor, and high output torque is achieved at high and low speeds through a two-stage automatic high-torque gearbox. There is no gear transmission in the spindle box, which reduces cutting vibration during processing and greatly reduces noise problems.
4. The main shaft bearing is lubricated with grease and sealed grease to ensure that the bearing will not overheat when running at high speed.
5. The bed carriage adopts sliding friction guide rail, the guide rail plane is pasted with imported plastic leather, and the assembly process such as manual scraping is carried out. It has strong anti-seize ability and is not easy to crawl and run smoothly. The sliding plate has good stability and low friction resistance when sliding on the bed, which is suitable for heavy-load cutting of cemented carbide.
6. The carriage drive is driven by a high-precision imported ball screw, directly driven by a servo motor, with sufficient cutting torque.
7. Each sliding plate is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, with regular forced lubrication to ensure sufficient lubrication effect on each joint surface. When there is oil shortage, an automatic alarm is used to remind you to refuel, so as to ensure that each contact is not worn.
8. The spindle of the grinding head is made of high chromium-molybdenum alloy material. Through heat treatment, it has the advantages of high precision, high strength, and resistance to deformation. Imported high-precision bearings and high-pressure oil lubrication and cooling are used to improve accuracy retention and service life.
9. The tool post adopts a rotary 8-station hydraulic turret. The tool holder can be interchanged at various positions on the tool head.
